Rock Talk: Lead like it matters “Kingdom Mindedness”

To lead like it matters means embracing a purpose higher than personal ambition—it’s about cultivating Kingdom Mindedness, where every decision and action reflects a deep commitment to God’s values and eternal impact. A Kingdom-minded leader serves with humility, prioritizes others, and seeks wisdom not just for success, but for significance. This kind of leadership goes beyond titles and achievements; it shapes culture, inspires transformation, and points others toward truth and grace. When leadership is rooted in the eternal, it ignites vision, strengthens integrity, and reminds us that we’re stewards of influence, not owners of it

We are small

Perhaps you have been places where it seems too big. It’s often hard to connect in a sea of people.

We do not judge

While we are not perfect in this regard, the one comment people say about us most often is that they never feel judged. We teach that sin is bad and look to the Bible to define sin. But we do it with a sense of humility and tenderness. The one thing we do best is preach the truth in a context of unconditional love. If your life doesn’t look at all like the Christian life that the Bible teaches, you can belong here while being encouraged to become more and more like Jesus every day.
