Feeling trapped

Are you happy with your life? Or are you feeling trapped? Many people are unhappy or disappointed with their lives, and a lot of these people think that they have no power over their life or what happens in it. Though, you can change your own life for the better using your mind and your actions.

  • God’s Laws

Dad lets Him Go. He does not have to.

According to Deut 21:18–21, rebellious sons were to be stoned.

If the Father would have commanded the younger son to stay, he “must” have Him stoned. He was protecting the kid from his foolishness.

How do you avoid feeling trapped?

1. Give yourself wholly to God.

In God, you will find safety. In God, you will find peace. In God, you will discover Passion, fun, adventure, and joy. God created you specifically for His purpose. You were started to love it. The feeling of being trapped is a weapon of Satan to get you off course. Peace comes when we let go of our selfishness and ego.

2. Have a relationship with God

When you spend time with God, trust has a chance to grow. When you spend time with God, little weeds of discontent are easily pulled up.

3. Offer “trapped” feeling to God as an act of worship.

Pray, “Lord, I give you this pain.”

Psalm 107:3 NLT

3 For he has gathered the exiles from many lands,

from east and west,

from north and south.

God’s law is not a burden. It is a mercy.

2 Peter 3:9 (NLT)

The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed but wants everyone to repent.
