šŸ”„ Locking Eyes with Jesus: The Heartbeat of Our Church

As a pastor, my deepest longing is not simply for you to hear a sermon or attend a service. My greatest desire is for you to lock eyes with Jesus.

That moment—when your soul meets His gaze—is everything. It’s the point of all preaching, all worship, all ministry. Because when you truly see Jesus, not just as a historical figure or theological concept, but as the living Savior who sees you… everything changes.

You see yourself through His eyes.
First, as a sinner—broken, needy, and unable to save yourself.
Then, through the lens of His grace—redeemed, beloved, and called.

This encounter isn’t optional. It’s essential.

Can someone be saved without ever experiencing that moment? I honestly don’t know. But I do know this: a life in Jesus without that encounter feels like drudgery. It lacks the joy, the intimacy, the fire. Because locking eyes with Jesus is the best part. It’s the moment that makes everything else make sense.

šŸ› A Non-Negotiable Core Value

This isn’t just a personal conviction—it’s a core value of our church. My preaching will always go there. Our worship will always aim there. Our community will always point there.

If you’re looking for a church that prioritizes programs over presence, or performance over encounter, this may not be the place for you. But if you’re hungry for Jesus—for the real, living, soul-awakening Jesus—then welcome home.

šŸ“– Why We Preach the Word

We preach the Bible not to impress or entertain, but to lead you to Him. Every passage, every story, every truth is a signpost pointing to Jesus. And when you finally see Him—when you lock eyes with the One who died and rose for you—you’ll understand who you are, and why you’re here.

That’s when transformation begins.
