Paul’s dream of preaching in Rome
57 – 58 AD Paul is in Corinth.
Romans 1:10-11 (NLT) 10 One of the things I always pray for is the opportunity, God willing, to come at last to see you. 11 For I long to visit you so I can bring you some spiritual gift that will help you grow strong in the Lord.
Finally gets to Rome as a prisoner 62 AD
Philippians 4:4 (NIV) 4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!
When it is good and when it is bad.
Philippians 4:6 (NIV) 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
Prayer and praise are the pathway from panic to peace.
Where you can put your anxiety
1 Peter 5:7 (NIV) 7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

He wants to hurt God by hurting you, the devil’s target is your mind. His weapon is his lies. He is always prowling
Paul wanted to go to Rome to preach
He went there to die.
Philippians 4:4 (NIV) 4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!
When it is good when it is bad.
Philippians 1:12–13 (NLT) 12 And I want you to know, my dear brothers and sisters, that everything that has happened to me here has helped to spread the Good News. 13 For everyone here, including the whole palace guard, knows that I am in chains because of Christ.
